DOCENCIA DEL IDIOMA INGLÉS

La Sección de Post Grado de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal, ofrece estudios de Post Grado conducentes a la obtención del Título Profesional de Segunda Especialidad en Docencia del Idioma Inglés, dirigido a docentes en ejercicio de un nivel de competencia lingüística, comunicativa, intermedio, alto o avanzado, con el fin de consolidad los principios metodológicos fundamentales del docente para intensificar el aprendizaje del Inglés en el país, para que nuestros estudiantes tengan mejores oportunidades en el mundo globalizado de hoy.

Angie Garvich has been teaching Spanish and English as a Foreign language for over 15 years. She is currently working as a Spanish English Teaching in the Adult program and worked in the Young Learners program for 9 years at ICPNA. She is a professor at Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal in the Education School as well as in the school of distance learning at the same university.

Ms. Garvich holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education as well as a Diploma of Proficiency in English issued by the University of Michigan. She has also taken online courses on Teaching English to Young Learners, Assesing Language Ability, Pursuing Professional Development, Task-based Teaching, Teaching Lexically and Practical Ideas for the Adult ESL/EFL classroom offered by Thomson ELT Advantage and TESOL Inc.

She is licentiate in Education, majored in English and is currently working on her Master´s Degree at Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal. Her areas of interest include Morphosyntax, Semantics, Linguistics, Reading and Writing skills and the use of technology in TEFL.

Julia Manturano has been teaching Spanish and English as a Foreign language for more than 20 years. She is currently working as a Spanish English Teaching in the Adult program and used to be a teacher in the Young Learners program for 11 years at ICPNA.  She is a professor at Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal in the Education School as well as in the school of distance learning at the same university. She also worked for Primary and Secondary levels at Rosa de America School.

Ms. Manturano holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, majored in English as well as a Diploma of Proficiency in English issued by the University of Michigan. She has also taken online courses on Teaching English to Young Learners, Assesing Language Ability, Pursuing Professional Development, Task-based Teaching, Teaching Lexically and Practical Ideas for the Adult ESL/EFL classroom offered by Thomson ELT Advantage and TESOL Inc.
